Unified CRM & Meeting Intelligence System

A unified CRM and meeting intelligence system solved the daily friction of scattered contacts, duplicate data, and fragmented notes across HubSpot and Notion. By combining a relational SQL database with automated ingestion, enrichment, and dashboards, the system connected LinkedIn activity, meetings, and transcripts into one narrative per account. What began as a personal prototype became a scalable framework for cleaner data, faster follow-ups, and clearer attribution became a CRM built for the way operators actually work.

Problem

Traditional CRMs didn’t fit the way modern operators work.

  • HubSpot: rigid, duplicative records, email-centric workflows, and reliance on costly integrations.
  • Notion: too manual, weak on mobile, and better at tables than relational contacts.
  • Result: fragmented records, lost follow-up context, and no way to tie meeting insights into account-level narratives.

Needed:

  • Capture meetings, transcripts, and notes from both mobile and desktop.
  • Store relational data in SQL as a secure foundation.
  • Layer company and account context on top of contacts.
  • Sync clean data back into HubSpot/Notion without lock-in.
