National Bank Crypto Launch

Vast Bank set out to become the first U.S. national bank to offer crypto, but had no brand, no messaging, and just three months to prove credibility. I built the full brand and GTM system from scratch, producing more than 200 assets and positioning the bank as a trusted first mover. The launch secured investor confidence, generated national media coverage, and pushed the app into the Top 50 U.S. financial apps, proving that speed and trust can coexist when executed with precision.
