Product Strategy Operating System for Early-Stage Scale

After dais shipped its prototype, ideas were flying faster than the team could validate. Engineering risked being pulled into half-formed features, and leadership lacked visibility into trade-offs. I designed and rolled out a product review and strategy process that balanced founder velocity with discipline. Within two weeks, we launched a Product Review Board, a PR/FAQ intake system, and regular leadership reviews. The outcome was an early-stage team operating with later-stage maturity: engineering cycles protected, leadership aligned, and credibility strengthened with investors.
