This project created the entire go-to-market operating system for dais at pre-launch stage. I architected HubSpot from scratch, designed automated nurture flows tied to Slack, and connected AI-driven enrichment to capture context across every lead. What began as scattered conversations was transformed into a repeatable demand engine with investor-ready reporting, pipeline visibility, and professionalized sales processes. The result was an enterprise-grade system run by 1.5 FTE that made a lean startup behave like a later-stage company.
